Yuanyi technology, established in 1985, mainly sells rubber goods, plastic products and component parts of hardware. In 1992, it teamed up with industrial technology research institute for an R&D collaborative research project. New sets of precision injection machinery as well as of processing machinery were invested in and installed for this project. Along a melt-mixing, two other processes(such as foaming and injecting or hot-pressing) are also employed to produce component parts of foams with high anti-slip capacity and high-damping effect. Yuanyi's special plymeric compsite materials not only achieve lighter weight, higher elasticity, less static performances, but also achieve superior vibration isolation, higher noise absorption, and greater stiffness.
